As a requirement of ISO 9001:2015, Zemir Pharma Consulting, Lda. carries out an assessment of suppliers and service providers, in order to ensure that suppliers that have an impact on the quality of the service provided are evaluated, qualified and monitored.

The evaluation of suppliers is carried out annually, taking into account the general performance of the supplier according to the following criteria:

       - Availability/ response time

       - Quality of service execution/ performance

       - Technical capacity
